These two people were involved in a ghastly motor accident, and they were very active mutuals of ours on X. I believe they were your mutuals too, or at least you knew of them.
If people want to visit,cry, mourn, and sympathize with their families, there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. They have lost two adults in one tragic incident, and their families are going through a painful time.
If it were a birthday celebration, I’m sure you would have gladly wished them a happy birthday. So why is it difficult to show sympathy and compassion when people are grieving such a heartbreaking loss?
A little empathy costs nothing. Please, let’s learn to be compassionate, especially when people are mourning.
