Is Starlink worth it? I just spent two weeks traveling by van where 90% of the places I was had no service at all. Literally SOS satellite only The Mini with Roam is insane. We had full household internet speeds in the middle of nowhere, mountains, deserts etc. I live-streamed with no interruptions from my laptop off of solar while sitting in the passenger seat of a moving vehicle. I was able to post to social media, stay connected to my business, friends and family and keep an eye on my house thousands of miles away. The Roam plan is a bit more because it’s mobile, but if you’re living remote or constantly on the move, it’s worth the $175/mo I used to think StarLink was some bullshit but if my ISP ever gives me consistent bullshit again, I’m full switching. I already have a backup ISP but I may swap it after this trip.

We were ready to leave Loves at 7am. We blew a fuse in the Sprinter. 45 min to find a fuse diagram, two fuse boxes pulling the floor board and 3 fuses later, I got it up and running and learned what we can power without solar. Steph’s first van run has taught us a lot 😂

Just took a 5am shit at the top of a mountain in Colorado. Gotta feel for the guy who waited outside the stall for me to finish. Bud barely made it to sitting down 😂
