@ivanjbates The best single thing you can do in the Adnan Syed case is test this shirt for Touch DNA. It's not on record from any of the previous tests. It contains edema fluid with Hae's blood (a fluid produced by manual strangulation). It's part of the crime.
Given his previous comments on the Adnan Syed case, I hope @ivanjbates takes the same stance in 2024 when the case comes back to him. Also, test the shirt.
