Authorities say five people are injured, including two with life-threatening injuries, in a three-vehicle crash Tuesday morning that left debris and damage across an East Palo Alto intersection. One lesson from the past week: humanitarian response is never static.
Some families are now in temporary shelters. Many others remain in tents after heavy rains.
Our volunteers continue listening, adapting, and responding with meals, medications, hygiene supplies, bedding, and other essentials based on verified community needs.
Recovery takes time.
