On 28th May 2022 Port of Bar JSC participated to the Fair of European Projects organized by the Chamber of Commerce of Montenegro and with the Ministry of European Affairs. It was an excellent opportunity for Port of Bar JSC to present ADRIPASS project and its main results.

@LukaBarAD1 hosted experts from ACTUAL IT who are implementing the Port Community System (PCS) upgrades through ADRION funded projects ADRIPASS PLUS and MultiAPPRO PLUS on Monday, 1st June 2022. 🔗🤝
These two projects are result of capitalizion of previously realized projects. Within these two projects, Port of Bar intends to upgrade truck module of the PCS system (ADRIPASS PLUS) and develop a new Android application (MultiAPPRO PLUS) that will allow paperless communication as well as integration of the PCS with the National Maritime Single Window of Montenegro, which was one of the topics of this meeting. To remind, ADRIPIPASS PLUS is focused on further enhancing the ICT Platforms already developed in the ports of Bar and Koper. In fact, the ICT applications/modules developed within ADRIPASS PLUS project will further improve communication and coordination among operators in the selected ports, with positive effects on the dematerialization of processes and transition from paper-based protocols. The pilot project of the Port of Bar is dedicated to enabling the real time data monitoring from the truck scale for the stakeholders of the Port of Bar.

9th June 2022! Building on the positive results of the ADRIPASS Project, with the scope of further promoting dialogue 🤝and cooperation 🔗among stakeholders in the #ADRION Region, will be held online the second meeting of the ADRIPASS Transnational Cooperation Network.

Port of Bar JSC will implement a pilot activity related to the truck scale data. The end of April saw the conclusion of a contract for implementation of the pilot project. The pilot is focused on integration of the internal IT system (LUBARIS) and the Port Community System (PCS).
More specifically, after pilot’s implementation, agents and freight forwarders, as the main stakeholders in the port, will be able receive any data related to truck scaling in the port in real time, and use them for personal data processing. The truck module has been improved within the ADRIPASS project, therefore, this pilot actions is based upon the achieved result of the ADRIPASS project. Additionally, the activities will be in line with the SOLAS requirements related to the Verifies Gross Mass (VGM0) of a container.
