What is best thing an academic can do after publishing? Help put those findings to work by shaping policy and/or practice. No more “oh, I published on that years ago.” I am sure you did but the issue still exists- policymakers & practitioners likely aren’t reading articles!

T2: Hospitals need to be more like "air traffic control towers".
Care is shifting from the bricks n mortar hostpials to where consumers eat, work, live & play. We need to ensure successful approach/landing/taxiing/takeoff - but also successful flights!
