Until further notice I will not be using Twitter for my social media.
Apologies for the inconvenience.
Tonight I went and heard the amazing stories of Sir Ranulph Fiennes. Such a great story teller and believe it or not, funny.
I'd highly recommend going to see one of his shows.

“David was a huge part of my life, anything I do, I do for him. I’m still very close to David’s family and I know just how much Scotty’s has supported Harley. I knew him as a baby and it’s heart-breaking that he’s had to grow up without his dad.”

🏃 Go Hard or Go Home 🏃
So... I went hard, then went home.
Starting to feel a little sore now. I've stretched Pre and Post run, used my massage gun and started to use Magnesium Spray from @BetterYou_Ltd
Any Tips?

This morning I ran the Ribble Valley 10k. It was my furthest run and I'm really pleased with it. As you can see, I'm sporting my @CorporalScotty vest.
