#NationalComicBookDay was yesterday. And it was the worst holiday ever. @TheSimpsons

Peace Begins Within - His Holiness the Dalai Lama reminds us that a peaceful world starts with a peaceful mind — and that loving kindness and compassion are its ultimate foundation. Not just as spiritual practice, but as the very basis for humanity's survival. Video originally recorded on October 26, 2021.

Ultimately, we human beings depend on nature, so we must preserve our close relations with her. Sometimes we seem to think that technology will solve our problems and allow us to do whatever we like. This Earth Day let’s remember that the reality is we have to protect our world.
