Block 21,180,697 landed the first ever preconfed NFT mint and L1 transfer. Slot durations will matter less and less as transactions increasingly get preconfed for fast UX.

We'd like to present our approach to relay-side block proposal timing games:

Timing games are unavoidable; we provide democratized access to timing tools. Our customizable defaults provide a safe delay aiming have the proposer receive a bid by 800 ms.
Our main goal is to reinforce the level playing field between validators. We aim for an aggressive delay, but use various latency estimates to ensure bid delivery and network health.
This design is opt-out to provide improved bids for stakers regardless of sophistication.
