i agree, and i'd take this a little further. i think a lot of people misunderstand what actually causes them to abandon their assumptions. they see something unfavorable, feel disappointed, and immediately conclude that they've fallen out of the state or ruined their progress. then they start over, as though everything they previously assumed has been cancelled by one emotional reaction. but why should disappointment have that kind of authority? if you genuinely believe your desire is yours, having a bad day doesn't suddenly make it less yours. persistence includes refusing to interpret every uncomfortable feeling or unfavorable circumstance as evidence that you've lost something. i also think constantly restarting reinforces the assumption that manifestation is a fragile process that can be undone at any moment. imagine how differently you'd approach it if you stopped believing there was anything to restart. you could simply return to your chosen assumption whenever you wanted, without treating the moments in between as failures.
posso estar errada, mas acho que oq torna a manifestação difícil pra muita gente não é necessariamente ficar checando o 3d, mas sim sair do estado de desejo realizado pq se frustrou com o que viu no físico +

something i wish more people understood about manifestation is that you can unknowingly negotiate your desires down to what feels realistic. you'll believe someone can come back, but question whether they can come back ready to commit, communicate, and build a future with you. who decided one was harder than the other? this client booked a manifest for me session, reconciled with her partner, and two months later, they're planning to move in together. pay attention to the limitations you've accepted so casually that you no longer recognize them as assumptions. you don't have to settle for a smaller version of the very thing you're manifesting.

i think the first thing you need to question is why you're treating noticing your current appearance as a failure to manifest. you have a body you see every day. of course you're going to notice it. why should looking in the mirror suddenly have the authority to decide what you're allowed to expect for yourself? the same applies to time. counting the days only becomes discouraging when you've already assigned a meaning to those days, usually that every day without visible change means your desire is getting further away. but time passing doesn't actually tell you what your future holds. you don't need to pretend your reflection looks different or force yourself to stop caring. you can acknowledge what you see without making it the final conclusion about your appearance. and please don't turn ignoring the 3d into another impossible task you have to perform perfectly. you can live your life, have difficult moments, and still choose what you want to believe about yourself and your future.
chicas como hacen para no pensar en el tiempo o "ignorar" la 3d mientras manifiestan? en especial una apariencia o cuerpo deseado,, cada vez m siento más decaída con este tema 😭

here is what to do when you cannot ignore the 3d because you have to interact with it. you still have to go to the job, answer the message, sit in the house, pay the bill. stop trying to ignore what requires your hands. give the circumstance your hands and nothing else. do what it requires, plainly, like an errand. you are there to finish the shift, sign the paper, sit through the dinner. an errand has a start and an end, and when it ends you leave it where it happened. what ruins people is never the hour inside it. it is the report afterwards. the retelling in the group chat, the replay at 2am, the whole evening spent explaining what the 3d did today. that report is where the circumstance moves from something you handled into something you live in. so handle it and refuse the report. when your mind starts the summary, give it the errand sentence instead: i went, i did what was required, i left. say nothing after that, to anyone, including yourself. the 3d you cannot ignore gets your attendance for the hours it takes. it does not get your commentary, your evenings, or the final word on what your life is. attend to it like weather you are dressed for, and keep walking.

my 24/7 manifestation coaching client just manifested her sp back after only 2 days, even though there was a 3p involved: his MOTHER here's almost everything we worked through together to get her to this point in such a short period of time. 🧵

the advantage of our 24/7 coaching was being able to address these interpretations as they happened. when something upset her, we could examine the conclusion she was drawing, question the assumption behind it, and return to the relationship she wanted to experience.

the biggest lesson from this situation is how easily an obstacle can become the authority in your imagination. his mother's opinion was a circumstance. the belief that it made reconciliation impossible was an additional conclusion. we spent our time examining that conclusion.
