I got COVID right after my father passed away. I had to spend that week in isolation as my mother’s house filled with visitors and grievers. Shortly after during a trip with my girlfriend I sustained a serious head injury while hiking. I had to get 7 staples in my head. – at Toronto, Ontario

A few months later a massive moment started in Iran that was heard around the world. Having my home country on fire with the cries of freedom was both touching and tragic.
