@optimum So crippling issued gateways by removing access to basic features (i.e. assigning local static IPs) without notice prior to signing on as a business class customer... you advertise features for phone services of the same class that can't be used because you DO NOT

Someone explain to me why a call to business technical support today ended w/an agent eagerly communicating to me that y'all thought it as a good idea to remove access to config local static IPs on gateways of business class service? @optimum @OptimumHelp @AlticeUSA @altice_labs
