Key milestones achieved in our latest publication:
🔹 ~22% donor activation efficiency in Si-doped AlN
🔹 Record-low bulk resistivity of 2.7 Ω·cm in n-type AlN
🔹 57% reduction in specific contact resistivity for high-Al AlGaN
We also scaled nitrogen-buffered β-Ga₂O₃ FETs to 2-inch wafers & introduced patent-pending Dynamic Sweep Gas Modulation on the Agilis 700 (~1% thickness non-uniformity across 4-inch wafers)!
