This turns out to be, unfortunately, exactly equivalent to rotating by the same amount around a fixed/unmoving coordinate frame, by the same angular magnitudes, but in the Z-Y-X order - a so-called “extrinsic” rotation. (2/2)

My best guess is intrinsic vs. extrinsic interpretation. An “intrinsic” X-Y’-Z’’ rotation means that you rotate first around the X axis, then the newly rotated (primed) Y axis, and finally the twice-rotated Z axis. (1/2)
