Most of those threads also rank on Google. One well-placed reply can keep working for months.
Manual Reddit is a grind of deleted comments and banned accounts. Bazzly does it at scale with accounts that already have history.

1. most projects do great with shared warmed-up Reddit accounts
2. a few niches never work: supplements, gambling, trading, and nsfw. those subreddits delete product recommendations on sight
3. a bad-fit customer costs a lot and can wipe our account pool. they get zero results, they churn, and their removed comments hurt accounts other customers rely on
4. so filter by fit, not by signup date
