CETRIZINE CRAZE.
CETRIZINE is an antihistamine, what it actually does is lock histamines, the ones that cause runny noses(allergy), thus the wetness (makamasi) stops.
Here is the interesting part, Cetrizine is now allegedly being inserted into the vagina ati for tightness. It will work the same way as an antihistamine, ni vile it will lock moisture that makes the vaginal wall elastic, making it very dry, and a false feeling of tightness... It's actually not tightness, it's dry, risking injuries during penetration and possible infections.

from experience, Give your nails a break from acrylics and press-ons, keep them neatly filed, moisturise daily with cuticle oil ( this works like magic)and hand cream, avoid peeling or biting, use a gentle nail strengthener, wear gloves when doing chores and eat a balanced diet
