💡民間防衛（シビル・ディフェンス）：武力を使わずに、自分たちの国や地域、そして命を自分たちで守る活動。
民間防衛軍は軍の後方支援活動、テロ攻撃や暴動からの市民生活の防護、災害救助活動などを行う事を目的とした組織で、外国軍との大規模な戦闘行為を目的とした組織ではない。
軍隊が前線で戦うのに対し、後方（生活の場）で被害を最小限に抑え、社会を維持する役割を担う。
【3つの主な柱】
自力救済（自助）： 災害や有事の際、まずは自分と家族の身の安全を確保し、備蓄などで生き延びること。
地域社会の協力（共助）： 近隣住民と協力して消火活動、救助、避難運営を行い、パニックを防ぐこと。
社会インフラの維持： 電気、ガス、通信などが止まっても、知恵を出し合って生活基盤を支え続けること。
なぜ今、大切なのか？
現代の紛争や災害は、サイバー攻撃やデマによる混乱など、「日常の場」が戦場になることがある。専門家任せにするのではなく、一人ひとりが「どう動くか」の知識を持っているだけで、国全体の生存率（レジリエンス）は劇的に上がる。

Hello Algofam! I'm happy to finally present leakswap.com and zebgen.com for public beta testing (using TestNet/StageNet).
LeakSwap is my #Algorand - #Monero cross-chain swaps protocol. Thanks to Algorand's ~2.7s block time and instant finality I believe it to be the fastest non-custodial swap protocol out there. (For now it's only ALGO<->XMR but I have plans for other pairs as well!)
I recorded a video presentation I'm attaching here. I apologize for the background noise and subpar audio but I've been stuck away from home.
Importantly: the full demo is at 19:00 - 30:00. I simulate a full swap between 2 parties ("Ali" and "Xin"), which is also what I'd like the community to try out.

👉️ Web2のセキュリティ運用：多層防御を敷いても、人間のミスやシステム侵入リスクはゼロにならない。
👉️ Web3の決済結果：一度オンチェーンで送金されれば、銀行のような「組戻し」は一切効かない。
この2つが重なることで、Web2の漏洩リスクがそのまま「現金強奪」と同じ破壊力を持つ。

🚨 NORTH KOREAN HACKERS STEAL $6.36 BILLION FROM BINANCE
North Korea-linked hackers have carried out what blockchain intelligence firm TRM Labs calls the largest cryptocurrency theft ever recorded.
TRM attributes the attack to TraderTraitor, the same North Korean hacking unit linked to the $1.5 billion Bybit hack in 2025.
Approximately $6.36 billion was drained from Binance wallets across 10 blockchains, with most of the theft taking place in roughly 20 minutes beginning at 20:05 UTC on October 29.
So far, Tether, Circle, Ripple, World Liberty Financial and Arbitrum have helped freeze roughly $2.7 billion in stolen assets.
TRM says the hackers still control more than 420,000 ETH and 18,270 BTC, worth around $2.4 billion, beyond the reach of token issuers.
One hack. Twenty minutes. $6.36 billion gone.
