@thriftycars This is is what it looks like to be a Thrifty customer in Nashville. It appears to be about a one hour wait to pick up my rental car. Looks like they respect their profits more than their customers’ time. I’m one and done with Thrifty.
More problems with my car rental from hell from Thrifty Car Rentals @thriftycars . What a horrible experience. The worst thing is that I can’t get anyone to assist me or respond to my problems. If anyone from Thrifty sees this message, please call me - RR = 489111693.
Whomever is in charge should have addressed this a long time ago. instead, people like me who prepaid for a rental, lose an hour of of lives. It says a lot about @thriftycars Managemnet.
