💡 Today’s Domaining Tip💡 40 domains won’t magically make you money. Let’s assume a 1% annual STR for a lower-quality portfolio. 40 domains × 1% = 0.4 expected sales per year. That’s not even one expected sale a year. Zero sales in a given year is completely possible. And remember: STR varies massively with domain quality, pricing and exposure. Stop relying exclusively on inbound. Stop complaining about sales. Start outbounding. Don’t just wait for buyers to find you. Go find your buyers.
