The Community (My followers) Deserves More! Influencers talk about how Web3 projects need “their community." They talk about the community like it's everything. In recent referral-based airdrops, we’ve seen influencers rake in as much as $100K while their community members are left with scraps, making as little as $10 from the same airdrop. Now, that’s a serious mismatch. But, it’s not just projects that need to take care of their communities. We ~influencers~ do too. I recognize the effort we influencers put in: building communities, finding alphas, and creating content. 👉 But the unfiltered truth is this: Influencers are nothing without their communities. We need (you) our followers as much as Web3 projects need their users. Because, as influencers, our successes are tied to the people who support us. 👉 So, here’s my bold take: why should only influencers get the lion’s share of rewards when the community is the real driving force behind the success? Just like Web3 projects reward their communities through airdrops, why not reward my community for the simple act of engaging with my content, promoting my work, and using my referral links? Like other influencers, I’d call alphas and keep my rewards to myself. In fact, in the past couple of years, I've made over $947,000 from airdrops. If I had thought of an initiative like this, I would have given $300k back to you. And I finally have now!
