Confirmed by Georgia SOS Brad Raffensperger’s office. Routine checks found ~388 more check-ins than reported ballots in Seminole County. Officials determined a memory card with Election Day results had not been uploaded to the election management system. Once added, House District 154 flipped: Gerald Greene (R) went from trailing Harry James (D) by 58 votes to leading by 262. Investigation into the oversight is open.
