I did not build YouTube Operator because I wanted another dashboard.
I built it because I was tired of trying to run creator projects from memory.
Why Your YouTube Thumbnails Are Destroying Your Channel (And How to Fix It)
youtube.com/watch?v=B_QxGB8f…
Every video I make moves through the same steps:
Idea → To Package → To Script → To Film → To Edit → To Review → To Upload → To Schedule → Live
The one most people skip: To Package.
Write 3 title ideas and 3 thumbnail ideas before you script. That's where the click is won.
Build log, week 1.
Cut: an AI "auto-script" feature. It was fun to build and nobody would use it twice.
Kept: the quality checklists for idea, title, thumbnail and hook. Least exciting part, most useful.
5 days to launch. Still fixing small stuff in the evenings.
What did you cut from your own setup that you thought you needed?
I stopped redesigning every thumbnail from zero.
Same pain every upload: open Canva, stare, move boxes around, still look “fine.”
Now: pick the topic → pull a prompt from Notion → generate 2–3 variants → ship the clearest one.
Free Notion prompt library if that’s useful:

The 3 YouTube bottlenecks that stop busy creators (and how to spot yours)

Title ideas, thumbnail ideas, the hook, the description, the tags.
If they live in your head (or 4 apps), they're gone by video 10.
Why Your Hook Isn't Working (The Alignment Problem)

Honest question for YouTubers with a job or kids:
Where does your process break first?
a) getting ideas
b) titles/thumbnails
c) actually recording
d) after upload (tags, scheduling, repurposing)
Mine was d for years.
You're carrying invisible work: ideas in your head, half-finished titles, "I should check analytics."
With a job and two kids, that invisible pile is what kills my consistency. Not motivation.
