The wonder of @British_Airways continues. What is the point in having one #ClubEurope queue which takes longer than the standard queues. Surely logic would tell you two club Europe queues which then take standard passengers when the CE queue is clear. #nologic

Quite unhappy by the service by @British_Airways and @SwissportBags 🧵

Any further assistance much appreciated so that our entire week on holiday is not the worst holiday experience we have ever had as a family @British_Airways @SwissportBags @swissportNews

Further incompetence and terrible service today. Only one bag has been placed on the flight from Heathrow to Heraklion today of the 4 we are waiting for. Again, not clear where the other three bags are. @British_Airways @SwissportBags this is getting ridiculous!

Absolute pleasure to be given a platform during #PrideMonth to share my journey to having a Rainbow family 👨‍👨‍👧‍👦🌈 whilst being a psychiatrist by @rcpsych today. Couldn’t have done it without the amazing support from @ScotAdoption #RCPsychLive @rcpsychRainbow

Fantastic 👏 being a mentor to prospective medical students has been so rewarding and has taught me a lot about myself. Would encourage other doctors to volunteer to be a mentor with @SocialMobilityF #mentoring #MedTwitter
We are delighted to receive the Platinum Jubilee Volunteering Award. It is the UK’s highest award for voluntary service, given to charities that do exceptional work to empower young people. A huge thank you to our inspiring volunteers. #PlatinumJubileeQAVS (1/2)

We are appalled by the treatment of the presenters this afternoon during our CCQI EDI webinar, it represents the opposite to the College values, which we strive to uphold every day. We are currently looking into what happened and how.

Absolutely over the moon to have been appointed to a Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist post earlier this week. This is one of the final puzzle pieces on what has been a very long journey which, at its conclusion, will have taken 15 years. A thread 🧵

It would have been simple to just post about getting the job, but I do not want to foster the belief that success is easy or comes without pain and sacrifice.

Medicine is not an easy career, but it is rewarding. It, like many vocations, requires you to give parts of yourself to it and allow it to shape you. However, all of my experiences, good or bad, have shaped me into the person and doctor I am today so I wouldn’t change anything
