1/ Today Ripple filed its comment letter on the SECโs proposed Regulation Crypto Assets. We support the proposal, and the SEC has clear authority to adopt it.
2/ Years of โcase by case, coin by coinโ enforcement has pushed innovation offshore. We need holistic rules for digital assets.
3/ The proposal stays faithful to Howey. The investment contract is the security, not the token. What matters is what an issuer actually promised and when those promises end, not a subjective โdecentralizationโ test.
4/ We know the cost of ambiguity firsthand. Ripple spent more than $150 million to get clarity. No company should have to do that to learn what the law requires.
5/ Clear rules grounded in existing law will bring capital, investor protection and innovation to the U.S.

Broadening access to XRPL, from everyday payments to agentic commerce.
Weโre partnering with @privy_io, a Stripe company, to bring embedded wallets to the XRP Ledger. Developers will be able to build payment experiences with XRP, RLUSD and other digital assets on XRPL directly into their products, without requiring users to manage their own keys.
The integration will also enable agentic commerce through programmable wallets that let AI agents hold funds and transact, including through x402 payments.
Built for payments, XRPL is already powering the next wave of commerce. To date, it has processed 13M agent payments, which now account for roughly 25% of network activity.
