From 2–5 November 2026, the 9th Session of the International Solar Alliance (ISA) Assembly at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, will focus on advancing solar deployment through catalytic finance, technology partnerships and country-led action.
From mobilising finance for Africa’s clean energy transition to scaling solar-powered agriculture across the #GlobalSouth, Day 2 will focus on exploring global trends, markets and enabling conditions for the next era of solar. The day will looks into a decade of ISA and experts will discuss on capacity.
Held alongside the @BharatRESummit & Expo 2026 and the 4th International Conference on Green Hydrogen, the gathering will connect countries with the finance, technologies, partnerships and knowledge needed to scale renewable energy deployment.

Attended by 30 CELAC members, the largest ever, CELAC agreed on the following:
➡️ Appreciation for new Indian Embassies in Uruguay, Ecuador and Bolivia, as well as growing CELAC Embassies in India.
➡️ Cooperation on health and pharma, food and agriculture, energy and resources, SMEs and digital.
➡️ Expansion of ITEC slots for CELAC participants.
➡️ Support for Indian led initiatives including International Solar Alliance, Coalition for Disaster Resilient Infrastructure, International Big Cat Alliance, Global Biofuels Alliance and Mission Life.
➡️ Annual India-CELAC Ministerial; establishment of a permanent Commission and an India-CELAC cooperation roadmap.
