Approved institutional clients can move those dollars on Ethereum around the clock—to pay each other or buy tokenized assets. Think of how stocks went from paper certificates to electronic trading. The shares stayed the same; moving them became easier. This is a similar shift for bank deposits: the dollars are still at JPMorgan, but Ethereum becomes a network for moving them.
