New publication: “Medication adherence in vascular prevention: findings from the SIFHON-ADH survey in Argentina.” A simple but important message: prescribing is only part of prevention; supporting long-term adherence matters just as much.

Publicamos “ACV del joven en Uruguay”: 355 pacientes (16–55) de Stroke Unit (2007–2024). 83.7% isquémico / 16.3% hemorrágico. En <40 predominan “otras causas” y destaca la disección arterial. Proponemos 45 años como punto de corte.
