🎨 What do children in Gaza draw during mental health counselling sessions? Motassem drew “fetching water and the army throwing shells… and the tanks and the quadcopter drone…” Amid Israel’s genocide, the drawings of children reflect their psychological distress:

According to Israel’s channel 14, roughly 2,000 Palestinians have been expelled from their homes in the Hebron area. Keep in mind that there are already 32,000 to 40,000 people who were displaced from the northern West Bank starting in January 2025.
Hundreds of families have been in the street with nowhere to go since they were forced out of their homes by Netanyahu’s thugs in Al Khaleel

I am genuinely astonished that, after Donald Trump has spent the past two years stripping Ukraine of virtually all Congressionally-approved aid, threatening Ukraine, fawning over Putin and bending over backwards to please him in every conceivable way, blaming Ukraine for being invaded, hurling vicious, absurd insults, blackmail, and torrents of lies at it, twisting its arm to force it into capitulation, humiliating it with his antics, making it a scapegoat for his own failures and incompetence in the eyes of voters, and now openly and definitively entering into direct collusion with the Kremlin and siding with it in exchange for promised corrupt “business opportunities” for himself, his family, and his inner circle -- there are still people who have the nerve search with a magnifying glass for ways in which Zelensky failed to kiss Trump's ass enthusiastically enough to explain why he has been treating Ukraine this way.

BREAKING: Iran has drawn up detailed plans to attack the 7 major undersea Internet cables in the Gulf as soon as the US and Israel attack it again, per two senior Iranian officials to Reuters. Iran says it would aim to prevent repairs after any attack to prolong the disruption to communications and internet connections. "If Iran is attacked, there will be no more red lines, from undersea cables to military bases, including covert ones." The official warned US not to "play with fire," saying Iran has full access to the cables and could easily destroy them. More than 99% of international data traffic travels through undersea cables. Iran warned this month that US-linked data centres and AI facilities across the Gulf will also be targeted.

There really needs to be some regulations or even laws against this particular use of AI
Due to a lack of female supporters, Brazilian presidential candidate Flávio Bolsonaro has resorted to using AI to transform middle-aged men into attractive young women. This AI-generated creation has been dubbed the "Bolsonaro Bombshell."

Close-up I managed to film of the settlers beating Heidi Levine of Washington Post
🚨 NOW: Settler terror attack on Abu Falah in the West Bank. American journalist Heidi Levine was beaten by the settlers, many Palestinian were injured, one shot by the IDF. The army allowed the settler attack, and tear gassed and assaulted the Palestinians.

The son of Heidi Levin told @kann_news: "My mother is in a hospital bed and cannot get up. They broke 4 vertebrae in her back. Her finger was almost amputated. She is mentally shaken by what happened". facebook.com/permalink.php?s… If you read Hebrew, you will unfortunately see many comments supportive of the terrorists. Ahead of the elections, Netanyahu is aligning himself more closely to Jewish terrorism, and hence his statement about the incident falsely claimed some conspiracy was afoot & implied Heidi was not harmed but actually helped by the terrorists. xitter.cf/IsraeliPM/status/21111… Another statement by Netanyahu on the terrorist attack on European diplomats in the occupied West Bank adopted a similar line. xitter.cf/IsraeliPM/status/21114… These statements are incredibly useful. Indeed, Jewish terrorism in the West Bank is gov't-backed and state-financed (who gave them the ATVs, the guns, financed their reserve duty service? Who finances their protection by the IDF?). Netanyahu is so focused on gaining the votes of terrorists and their supporters he's exposing himself and this government.
Dozens of settlers spent about 10 minutes beating a 64-year-old journalist for covering their attacks on Palestinians harvesting olives in the occupied West Bank.

Another case of the Israeli Army claiming they fired at a Palestinian running at them "posting a threat" who turns out was running away from them & unarmed. Unfortunately for the IDF, the NYT was on the scene to document the truth. nytimes.com/2026/10/16/world…

There’s an infamously violent outpost on top of the hill above Abu Falah. The village planned their olive harvest for yesterday morning on their land directly beneath the hill. Piecing these things together and showing up is called “journalism.” Hope that helps Richard.
How do “journalists” know to show up randomly to a location by the dozens and await filming and reporting on a clash that hasn’t happened but has been guaranteed? Who are these “journalists”? Did we learn nothing from Gaza and the endless lack of “media” accountability?

This story is so perverse. This man joined the Army to serve his country and protect his wife—who's been here since she was 6—from deportation. Instead, it appears the military shared her information with ICE. Nauseating.
NEW: ICE is trying to deport a mother of 4 while her husband is at Fort Benning in Army basic training. When she went to pick up the family's military IDs, Navy personnel turned her over to ICE. She's been in the US since age six. Story with @nancyayoussef theatlantic.com/politics/202…

The banning or restriction of the sale or display of Sally Rooney's books (or anyone else's) on the basis of their political views, represents a defeat for liberal democracy and freedom of expression. We only have to go back to the treatment of Salman Rushdie to understand what it means.
