The real utility of NFTs begins when holders can do more than simply own an image.
What stands out to me about @ZARGATES is how Stacia and PvP Vibe are working together to connect AI game creation, NFT ownership, and creator monetization
Turning PFPs into playable characters without requiring coding skills or an entire game studio could open new opportunities for NFT communities. Instead of searching endlessly for utility, collections could build interactive experiences around their own IP while giving holders a more meaningful role in the ecosystem.
The focus on operational revenue and creator participation also matters. Sustainable growth requires products people actually use, not just attention around a launch.
Heroes of Valdir is an important part of this journey, and I'm interested to see how these tools translate into real adoption, stronger communities, and lasting utility for holders.
The next chapter of Web3 gaming could be about turning digital ownership into something people can actively experience, create, and build upon

Seeing this article hit a little differently when you can actually spot your own Hero in it.
I submitted a Hero for Valdir, not really knowing where it would end up… and now it’s one of the 36 selected.
That’s honestly pretty cool.
More than 1,000 creators contributed characters to this universe, so seeing mine make the cut makes the whole thing feel a lot more real.
And now I’m curious to see what happens when these Heroes actually move from the collection into stories, games and the wider Valdir universe.
Creating the character was one thing.
Watching it become part of an actual playable world? That’s the part I’m here for.

The plan was simple: burn up to 1,000 heroes in the first week.
The community said “nah” and burned over 1,500 in the first hour.
First hour snapshot:
→ Total minted: 5,266
→ Remaining on OpenSea: 3,749
→ Burned: ~1,517 heroes in 60 minutes (representing 🤯28.81% of the total supply)
At a $50.33 floor, that’s more than $76,000 worth of NFTs permanently destroyed before most people even finished lunch.
