Actually it's the best
Giving them more money, they will come for more.
But if you teach them how to fish .
They will be able to survive without your presence
Much respect Billionaire Tyler
Billionaire Tyler Perry gave his own family 60 days to find jobs or lose his financial support. Despite being worth an estimated $1.4 billion, he refused to keep supporting relatives who weren't working.
In the video below, Perry explains why he fired his own aunt and later gave other family members an ultimatum after his mother's death.
He wanted them to become financially independent instead of relying on his fortune.
One aunt regularly called asking for money, and Perry kept sending it until he offered her a job. But she repeatedly called in and failed to show up for work, so he eventually fired her.
His mother had also asked him to support other relatives, and he continued helping them while she was alive. After she died in 2009, Perry sent them letters giving them 60 days to find employment or lose his financial support.
According to Perry, every relative eventually found a job. He didn't care whether the jobs paid well because he wanted them to earn their own money and have something to feel proud of.
Perry also recalled a relative getting angry when he refused to hand over $1 million. He believed that continually giving money to people who refused to work was making their dependence worse.
A billionaire who could afford to support his entire family chose to make them earn their own living.
If you had $1.4 billion, would you keep supporting unemployed relatives or give them the same 60-day ultimatum?

If content marketing were a game of chess, would you know what each piece represents?
โ The King: Your Core Message
The entire strategy exists to protect the king. In marketing, your core message is what everything must support.
Lose clarity about what your project stands for, and every other move becomes harder.
โ The Queen: Your Content
The queen is powerful and versatile. Your content can educate, tell stories, build trust, and communicate value across different formats.
But power without direction is wasted.
โ The Bishop: Your Distribution
The bishop moves diagonally across the board. Distribution carries your message across different channels to reach the right audience. Great content in the wrong places won't get you far.
โ The Knight: Your Creativity
The knight moves differently from every other piece, jumping over obstacles. Creativity helps your content break through predictable patterns and approach your audience from unexpected angles.
But here's the catch:
Having powerful pieces doesn't guarantee a win. Knowing how to use them together does.
That's the difference between simply creating content and building a content marketing strategy.

Your content might not be boring.
You might just be talking to the wrong people.
Imagine selling umbrellas in the middle of a drought.
Your product could be excellent, your pitch could be perfect, but the people you're talking to don't need it right now.
Web3 projects make this mistake too.
They create content without asking who it's for, what that audience cares about, or what problem the content solves for them.
Good content starts with the audience, not the idea you want to post.
Before you create your next piece of content, ask yourself:
Who needs to hear this, and why should they care?
