I have only gotten sick when I didnt take care of myself. I have been around the flu, COVID, bronchitis, and other diseases, and if I am taking care of myself, I never get sick. Hence, I, from my own experience, only believe in Terrain theory. Not germ theory. Germ theory makes no sense unless people want to scare you. Terrain theory makes total sense. Right now, on your phone, your table, your bed, your computer, your car door, everything is laden with quadrillions of germs, viruses and bacteria. If you are not sick, your immune system is healthy enough and you are doing something right. Keep your body healthy, it will stay healthy. Of course, if you believe you can 'catch' a cold or flu, etc. You will.
i had the flu once. It sucked. I have to admit that now that I know what the government is capable of, I believe they will deploy something like the flu this winter. They are demons from hell. While I think I'm healthy, if they deploy a flu or other virus near me, then I will wish I'd gotten something like this. I don't want to push stuff. I hate product sales. But Jim Thomas has me convinced to get something. He's usually right.

Does red laser light help the brain detoxify aluminum? We show an 880% increase in urinary aluminum after using 660nm red laser light 3x/day. Nothing ingested or injected. Nothing touching the body. Just light. We send $50m to the Ivy leagues to find the autism gene, while dads like @ZaharakisAlex builds a laser in his garage to demonstrate what we should focus on if we want to really find solutions for those who need help now. Period symptoms like cramps are a sign of a health problem. As a teen I thought it was bizarre that pain signals a problem, but THAT pain doesn’t…? In fact, it does.
On the subject of "period cramps," I am going to say something that will piss off probably 95% of women, but it might help the other 5% so I'll do it anyway: All my friends smart wives have found a way to make this a total non-issue Some did a hormone panel and corrected some imbalance, others did Peat memes like progesterone, still others used holistic Korean alternative remedies All report having completely fixed this problem. Not even "decreased the pain" but "made it go completely away" I have no insights on the specifics of how they did this and it seems highly individual, but if you've been assuming this is something that's just destined to happen to you every month, you should consider that it may be fixable. For at least some people that appears to be the case At minimum you can probably make it less painful

instagram.com/p/DfArD19CPcu/ Studies suggest EMF influence on biofilms and antibiotics resistance. +++ doi.org/10.31661/jbpe.v0i0.1… - Said-Salman et al., J Biomed Phys Eng, 2019 - 48h Wi-Fi biofilm "Conclusion: These results proposed that Wi-Fi exposure acted on bacteria in stressful manner by increasing antibiotic resistance and motility of Escherichia coli 0157H7, as well as enhancing biofilm formation by Escherichia coli 0157H7, Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermis. The findings may have implications for the management of serious diseases caused by these infectious bacteria." doi.org/10.1177/155932581668… - Taheri/Amani et al., Dose-Response, 2017 (cited as Amani et al., J Biomed Phys Eng) - What a router does to bacteria "Abstract Mobile phones and Wi-Fi radiofrequency radiation are among the main sources of the exposure of the general population to radiofrequency electromagnetic fields (RF-EMF). Previous studies have shown that exposure of microorganisms to RF-EMFs can be associated with a wide spectrum of changes ranged from the modified bacterial growth to the alterations of the pattern of antibiotic resistance. Our laboratory at the nonionizing department of the Ionizing and Non-ionizing Radiation Protection Research Center has performed experiments on the health effects of exposure to animal models and humans to different sources of electromagnetic fields such as cellular phones, mobile base stations, mobile phone jammers, laptop computers, radars, dentistry cavitrons, magnetic resonance imaging, and Helmholtz coils. On the other hand, we have previously studied different aspects of the challenging issue of the ionizing or nonionizing radiation-induced alterations in the susceptibility of microorganisms to antibiotics. In this study, we assessed if the exposure to 900 MHz GSM mobile phone radiation and 2.4 GHz radiofrequency radiation emitted from common Wi-Fi routers alters the susceptibility of microorganisms to different antibiotics. The pure cultures of Listeria monocytogenes and Escherichia coli were exposed to RF-EMFs generated either by a GSM 900 MHz mobile phone simulator and a common 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi router. It is also shown that exposure to RF-EMFs within a narrow level of irradiation (an exposure window) makes microorganisms resistant to antibiotics. This adaptive phenomenon and its potential threats to human health should be further investigated in future experiments. Altogether, the findings of this study showed that exposure to Wi-Fi and RF simulator radiation can significantly alter the inhibition zone diameters and growth rate for L monocytogenes and E coli. These findings may have implications for the management of serious infectious diseases"

doi.org/10.31661/jbpe.v0i0.1… - Movahedi et al., J Biomed Phys Eng, 2019 - 900 MHz phone simulator "Abstract Background: The increasing use of telecommunication devices such as Wi-Fi modems and mobile phones in the recent years can change the cellular structure of microorganisms so the generation of electromagnetic waves has led to concern in the community whenever be exposed to these fields and may have harmful effects on human health.Material and Methods: Standard strains of bacteria were prepared on Mueller-Hinton agar for bacterial growth to obtain 0.5 McFarland turbidity (1.5 × 108 CFU) of bacteria. Antibiotic susceptibility testing using the Kirby-Bauer disk diffusion method was done. For Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, antibiotics susceptibility test was conducted. The test group was exposed to electromagnetic waves emitted by mobile phone simulator with a frequency of 900 MHz and the control group didin’t exposed. Results: The results revealed that increasing duration of exposure to electromagnetic waves emitted by the mobile simulators with a frequency of 900 MHz especially after 24 h of exposure, can increase bacterial resistance in S. aureus, and P. aeruginosa. Conclusion: Several factors can cause bacterial resistance against antibiotics. One of these factors is the electromagnetic waves emitted from mobile simulator with a frequency of 900 MHz, which can increase the permeability of the cell wall of bacteria."

Well, without giving too much away (transcript to come and I will be reporting on what happened fully) from today’s hearing… We were awarded attorney’s fees from the DPS (Department of Public Service)! More to come. Today I saw firsthand the impact a single lawsuit can have on an entire agency and a shadow office hidden within that agency. Yes, even in a state like New York. Do not discount what you are capable of doing to protect your town or village. And the biggest shoutout to our attorney who was mesmerizing to watch in action! It’s a good day.

Starting in childhood, we’re told how important it is to build strong bones. But how often have we been told our bones need to bend? Healthy bones flex under stress, then spring back. Strength and density are only part of what keeps them from breaking. In my practice, we focus on a hormonal balance that helps support bone elasticity, yet rarely enters the conversation about osteoporosis. Here I explain what we look for and the approaches my colleagues and I use to help restore bone strength: midwesterndoctor.com/p/how-m…

Nothing raises your prolactin like plain water all day. You drink 4 liters of mineral-free water because you were told to. Your sodium drops. Low sodium is a stress signal. Adrenaline and cortisol rise to hold your blood pressure up. Stress hormones push prolactin up. And dopamine, the thing that keeps prolactin down, gets crowded out. Hands cold. Pee clear every 25 minutes. Libido flat.

There is absolutely nothing organic or “grassroots” about the rise of the far-left wing of the Democrat Party. It’s a foreign funded communist takeover. Which is why we need disclosures NOW.

New pre-print data: A quantum state was found underlying the function of mitochondria. Add that to the already peer-reviewed data demonstrating quantum biologic electron tunneling in mitochondria. Everything we think we know about biology & physics is about to be turned upside down in the next 5 years. "The high energy-efficiency of life is hard to understand only with classical physics...Here, combining experiments on cells, tissues and mitochondria with a theoretical model, we demonstrate a quantum state of mitochondria, which can be employed to modulate ATP production in living cells."

Researchers gave office workers who lived under LEDs a 60W incandescent desk lamp. Two weeks later, every one of them had their color vision improve by 25%. In 2022, the government banned those bulbs for "wasting" energy. But that "waste" is actually one of the most important nutrients our bodies depend upon, and the improvement lasted for weeks after the lamps were taken away (while nothing changed in the controls). Decades of forgotten research show the artificial light we replaced it with is a root cause of many inexplicable illnesses (e.g., insomnia, obesity, cancer, and hyperactivity in children). Here I show what that research found and why Senator Mike Lee’s bill to bring these bulbs back, which has now cleared a Senate committee, matters.🧵 midwesterndoctor.com/p/the-h…
