Reminiscing about the time I ate a Saucisse au Chou in the Auvergne and I have discovered a wonderful website.
Had a dream that @thomeagle invited me to cook a pop up in Margate with him but after I got there he went out for a walk and I had to cook it on my own. But one of the recipes he left was hare cooked in vin de noix! And I think my subconscious might be on to a winner
(Re)opening @noblerotbar Soho for the 3rd time on Monday. Slightly silly obviously, but looking forward to it now. Here’s our opening menu. Going to be fun! See you there
