Measuring HRV from the wrist is like trying to write in perfect cursive while driving down a bumpy road.
Replying to @AminSinichi @andrew_flatt
Of course, they get flagged as significance! We are currently validating four wearables in our pipeline, including Empatica Embrace Plus. It is mind-blowing how poorly the data and HRV values usually compare to our holter ECG, yet they are being used in published research!
