My backpack got pulled for an extra security check at the Manchester airport today. Honestly, I was a little frustrated by the delay. Then the security agent, Gareth, pulled my Bible out of my backpack. I joked, “Careful with that. It’s called the Sword of the Lord.” He looked at me and said, “I’ll treat it with respect.” That opened the door. Gareth told me he used to attend church but had become disillusioned after some painful things happened in his family. He still believes in God, but he struggles with church. So, while he searched my backpack, I got to share the Gospel with him. Before I left, I told him, “Gareth, I don’t believe it was an accident that we met today.” Pray for Gareth. People all around us are hurting. There are no accidental interactions.
There are Gospel opportunities everywhere.
Look for them. Even in the security line. 😀

In Idaho, praying for NO votes on Prop 1 which is a pro abortion bill. Protect the innocent!
Today, we're praying for God's mercy over America and for the preservation of the freedoms we've been entrusted with. May the Lord awaken hearts, strengthen His church, and guide our nation as we approach Election Day. What are you praying for in your state or community today?

People who don’t come from “pastor world” won’t understand this, but Pastor Ashley will get crushed just for doing this (his church is over 50k people). And every member of his church should have his back and be proud he’s their pastor for doing it. (Will tolerate no negative talk about this friend of mine in replies)
Arizona's Chirst Church of the Valley and one of the largest churches in the nation just told its members to go vote! Pastor preached about the Holy Spirit this morning and said Christians need to stop sitting on sidelines.

Think about this. God used shepherds, kings, fishermen, prophets and ordinary men, each with his own voice, personality and story, to give us one extraordinary Book. Every word exactly as He intended...many human authors. One divine Author. The Bible is nothing less than the Word of the living God.

“We failed our people and we failed our country.” A warning to Christian leaders who have stayed silent. Pastor @WillieRice says the political left never stopped speaking out, while too many conservative Christians stepped away from the cultural debate. Now, he says, it's time for church leaders to find their voices again and confront the issues they've been reluctant to address. @KayleighMcEnany 🇺🇸🙏

“He was a man of faith. He was a Christian. He was ready for his last day,” David Beamer told me. “He didn’t see it coming. They all got up to go to work that day. He never came home.” “Todd was a Christian long before September 11th.” David is the father of Todd Beamer, the hero on United flight 93 on September 11th that said “Let’s roll,” and along with his fellow passengers, prevented the plane from hitting its intended target, and saved many lives. David said, “His faith and our faith is what has enabled us to carry on for now…” “All of us are going to have a last day. High probability, right? And we need to be ready for it. Todd was ready for his.” “I encourage everyone to put your faith in Jesus Christ. At the end of the day, it’s the only thing that matters.” @SatAmericaFNC @FoxNews ⬇️
