It was ridiculously windy and rainy. Russ uses a wheelchair, and we took him up 19 flights of scaffold to the top of St Mary's tower, Warwick. He said there just shouldn't be any barriers in life.

Turns out HMRC wants the old Government Gateway, with a 12 digit number I definitely have memorised and a password from about 2014. The DVLA has moved on to the shiny new GOV.UK One Login, which means a new account, another password, an email code and a quick existential crisis. Apparently they're merging the two systems. Lovely. Just not tonight, obviously.
So that's two logins, two passwords, a stack of codes and one man on his sofa wondering how we put people on the moon but can't have one government login. 😂
Good job I've got Grok Bot to steer me through it, or I'd still be on page one trying to remember which password goes where.

I climbed St Mary's tower in Warwick three times with a scanner during its restoration.
