Two years ago today, former Irish RB Greg Bryant Jr. died after he was shot on a Florida interstate. He was loved by everyone who knew him - teammates, coaches, and even lowly student managers like myself.
Two years later, he's still just as missed.

In statement, MSG Sports spokesperson says use of championship rings in phishing email was an “unfortunate mistake.” Also, company says that, as previously planned, it is gifting more than 275 championship rings to employees.
Full statement: “The company had previously sent out an email to its corporate team as a simulation of a phishing attack designed to strengthen our security against hackers. MSG was recently hacked and extorted using an employee login and password obtained through a similar phishing attack. Using the rings as a lure to gain employees attention was an unfortunate mistake.
The company is gifting more than 275 championship rings and jewelry to players, coaches, employees and other members of the Knicks family, worth more than $3.7 million, in recognition of their contributions and celebrating this achievement.”

The Knicks' assistant coaches did not receive their championship rings during Tuesday's ceremony, despite being handed ring boxes, according to league sources.
Many longtime employees at Madison Square Garden will not receive rings at all, per team sources.
Those employees got their hopes up in late September, when they were sent a fake championship ring offer as part of a phishing test.
