this. dont gatekeep me behind your GUI. offer something of real value that I can access and I will pay you.
Within 6 to 12 months, every software product will need an API, MCP, and CLI. More and more, people expect to be able to interact with your product through automation, AI and agents. Historically, platform was a later stage of maturity play. Going forward, you won't really thrive in this new world without a platform.
.@elonmusk would be cool if X videos had a “rewind to start” button. They start muted, so by the time I unmute I’m fumbling to thumb back 10 seconds.
when every little rally or bounce has you proclaiming “were back” you can be reasonably sure we’re grinding into a stage 4 decline

OK release the virus.
Lock them in their homes.
Now turbo-print.
Give them 100x leverage.
Tell them it's safe to go outside but only to protest.
Ok now raise rates and send it all to zero.
Tell them they have to take a shot to keep their job.
Offer them hamburgers.
Alright let's inflate it again with obscene deficit spending.
OK, now wipe out all their jobs with AI.
Don't print this time.
Wait until they all learn plumbing...
Ok now send the humanoids.
I think emotional risk control is nearly as important as positional risk control.
It can take hours for your brain to stabilize after an emotional spike and during that time you aren’t clear.
When I feel a surge of anger or euphoria while trading I call it quits for the day.
I used to be mad when I missed trades I spotted but didn’t take. Now I am just grateful I can spot them. I log them in my journal to keep the pattern recognition alive. There will always be another trade.
Trading will teach you ownership and accountability unlike any other profession.
There is only you to blame for the outcome.
After over 2 years full time I realize how much I used to blame on external forces (boss, coworkers etc) when it was likely all my fault.
People say trading is risky — and they’re right.
But trusting your entire financial future to someone who can fire you tomorrow?
That’s a risk most people never measure.
When I started trading, a day like today would’ve pissed me off.
I’d replay every missed entry thinking, “If I got in here, I’d have made $.”
Now I’m just glad I survived it.
Account’s intact, ready for Monday.
Many traders weren’t so lucky.
To thrive, you must first survive

anyone who has defied odds by building something zero to one or turning around a product or company knows: the “natural” outcome is failure, and only unnatural forces yield unnatural outcomes.
and yet it’s too easy to doubt (or vilify) unnatural forces for their consequences.

"Bitcoin uses too much eNeRgY!" he types on his $2,000 Macbook pro in his $5,000/month apartment while sipping on his $10 daily latte. A Paul Krugman podcast softly plays in the background.

They said inflation wasn’t coming.
Now they say it is temporary.
What will they say next?
