Just read @bertrandpiccard’s book that explain everything about the challenges he, @andreborschberg and all the @solarimpulse team had to face. It was insanely hard and they made it and proved that sustainable aviation is possible! 🙏👏✈️🌍🌳
It always sounds easy once done. Trust me it wasn’t. 5 years ago today, I successfully landed w/ @Solarimpulse completing the first round-the-world solar flight.
From an experimental airplane, the Foundation took it further w/ #beyond1000solutions & @andreborschberg w/ @H55aEro.
