🚨🗣️ DIOMANDE ON WHY HE REJECTED LIVERPOOL: “I HAD TO THINK ABOUT MY FUTURE.”
“Liverpool are a massive club, and I have a lot of respect for them. When a club of that size shows interest in you, you cannot take it lightly.
“But for me, this decision was about more than the name of the club. At this stage of my career, I need to be somewhere I can continue developing, get regular playing time and take the next step in my journey.
“I know Liverpool have incredible players and a very competitive squad, but I don't want to make a decision based purely on the club's reputation. I want to be somewhere my qualities will be used, where I can grow and where I feel that the project is right for me.
“Rejecting Liverpool wasn't an easy decision, because everyone knows what the club represents in football. But sometimes, you have to make decisions based on what you believe is best for your career.
“I appreciate their interest, but I have to follow the path I believe is right for me.”
.@ManUtd, can you please arrange a friendly match between yourselves and Trabzonspor? We feel we can beat you. 🙏🏽

🚨 Bradley Barcola on copying Alexander Isak goal celebration:
🎙️ Interviewer: “Bradley, you assisted Alexander Isak today, and then both of you hit his trademark thumbs-back celebration. Fans absolutely loved it! Why do you keep copying his celebrations whenever he scores?
Bradley Barcola:
“Honestly, Alex knows I’m going to do it before he even scores sometimes! I love winding him up, but the truth is, I have a lot of respect for him. When your teammate scores, you celebrate with him. When it’s Alex, sometimes you steal his celebration too!
“Today, I was so happy to assist him. I saw the space, played the ball, and when he scored, I just had to join him. We looked at each other and did the thumbs-back together. That moment was for us, but seeing how much the fans loved it makes it even better”
“People see the celebration, but they don’t always see the relationship behind it. We push each other in training, we laugh together, and we want to see each other succeed. I want Alex scoring goals, and I want him celebrating with me when my turn comes”
“But let me tell you something: if I keep assisting him and copying his celebrations, people will soon start asking whether I’m his winger or his personal celebration manager!
“Seriously, though, Liverpool is about more than eleven players on the pitch. It’s about connection, trust and enjoying football together. If the fans can see that between us, then we’re doing something right.”
Interviewer: “So if Isak scores again next match, are we getting another thumbs-back celebration?
Barcola:
“Of course! Unless he tells me I have to score one myself first. But even then, I might still do his celebration just to annoy him!”
