There is no doubt that harvesting is the bottleneck in #microalgae biotechnology field. Harvesting strategy will depend on many aspects being #economics the most relevant.

Tisochrysis lutea, formerly known as #Isochrysis galbana clone T-iso, is a brown-golden marine microalga rich in omega-3 #DHA and the antioxidant #fucoxanthin. For these reasons, it is widely used in #aquaculture.
Very tricky to grow but one of our favourites!
