Happily presenting our work on urban water restoration at #JASMS22 😁
Indeed. Solving problems, not just monitoring!
When your drinking water reservoir has harmful algae bloom and you can't deliver water to 4 million people, we fix that #PAK27 #Harmfulalgaebloom #HAB

New filter medium that captures phosphorus in water as it goes by, trying out in recirculating streams on golf course, expecting to significantly reduce algae growth that thrives on phosphorus in the water column, every gallon in the lake goes by here eventually.

Eutrophication is the most important water quality issue world wide. Even in rich countries with state-of-the-art WWTPs, such as NL, symptoms of eutrophication -cyanobacterial blooms- are abundant, impairing ecosystem services. #WorldWaterDay
