We are super excited to announce that trials for this year's South Wales U13s Girls squad will be on the 16th and 21st March. A nomination form has been emailed to all South Wales Hockey Club Secretaries, so please contact them for more information 💥🏑👏
@OctopusEnergy you’re really quite disappointing. First smart metre-nope doesn’t work. Wait ages for 2nd installation - nope you don’t turn up. Compensation for paying for electricity thought to be via smart metre tariff but clearly not - nope no confirmation from you. – at Llangrove, England
A fantastic, inclusive, nurturing and fun experience for all the girls. Brilliant coaching that has left them all inspired to do more and some amazing new friendships. What an experience! Diolch x 🏴 – at Llangrove, England
Well that's it for this year. Lots of awesome hockey, great memories and friendships made. We couldn't be prouder of them @SWYHA1

Thoroughly enjoyable morning of hockey. Arguably the best present any Dad could want on Father's Day 😀🏑 Thank you to last year's South Wales team, @PenarthLadiesHC and @BridgendLHC for coming together and forming the first ever South Wales Baa-Baas @SWYHA1
Thank you @SouthWalesU13. The girls are really enjoying the experience and thriving on your coaching @MonGirlsSport @GwentHockeyClub – at Llangrove, England
Who doesn't love new merch? I think the girls liked the new kit and we were so lucky to have the amazing @EllieLaity hand it out. A huge thank-you for coming down and a big shout out to @SWYHA1 @Jaynebr01 and @beliefsports for your continued support 🏑👏
Er…..@RishiSunak aren’t the 7,000 extra beds you promise in reality just ‘boarders’ just squeezed onto existing wards in window bays and corridors with no more nurses or doctors to care for them? 🤔
