✅ SB 457 (Becker) to determine realistic development capacity of housing element sites.
✅ SB 1014 (Grayson) for timely disclosure of required improvements.
✅ AB 2433 (Alvarez) to strengthen State Density Bonus Law.
✅ AB 2390 (Schiavo) to improve state housing approvals streamlining law.
Was really proud to run these bills this year with wonderful coalition partners!

AB 1815 (@BuffyWicks) creates one statewide standard for factory-built housing, so homes get built faster and for less.

I am incredibly disappointed & frustrated that AB 1903, my bill to reform construction defect liability, just died in the Senate. Critical components were amended out Friday & it was ultimately held by the Senate late last night — missing the midnight deadline for concurrence.
