Evidence says #DoYourPelvicFloorExercises x3/day for 3 months gets 3/4 of women with stress incontinence dry (that’s the one where you leak a bit if you laugh, cough or sneeze). If it doesn’t work, hurts, or you’re not sure what you’re doing then come to clinic. #DryByChristmas.

So pleased to see this report and excited for the new training opportunities for youth workers
With an alarming number of young people being exploited by organised crime, the need for the appropriately trained youth workers, who have the skills to identify young people at risk and to build their skills and opportunities beyond their circumstances is vital.
The NYA has set out its plans for a reformed qualification pathway in Pathways to Practice - a consultation on the future of youth work qualifications.
Our consultation exercise found that there are barriers to training and many of those in the sector currently say that the leap between Levels 3 and 6 is too steep.
The reforms, which include the creation of a new Higher National Certificate and Higher National Diploma, as well as greater recognition and accreditation of prior learning, aim to provide a smoother ramp through the qualification framework increasing the number of qualified practitioners.

@UKRunChat where have I hidden my kit today?
I'm looking for my purple running backpack and tiny purple smock. The search has begun 🤷🏽♀️ #UKRunChat
Update: Found the bag, I'd put it with my other backpacks rather than it's usual hanging place.
No sign of the purple top.
But that's enough procrastinating, I've had my running kit on since 10am 🤦🏽♀️#UKRunChat
