Off to pick a friend up. Out all day today. Out tomorrow too. Then up north for a week. Good job my husband is used to my independence 😂
Fridays always seem to be the busiest day. My day off! Running around this morning, hair cut, shopping, gym, shopping and house admin. It never ends. Off out for a meal tonight.
Day off work tomorrow and a busy day ahead. I have to prep for a talk I’m doing on Saturday then finalise some Atlas Mountain details. Oh and a hair cut too!
Delayed flight, ages on runway when landed, a mad dash to catch my train and I’m now waiting for my lift to head office. I’m not in my shorts and flip flops, I’m not near the sea and I’m not happy!
I’m done. Garage tidied, garden furniture put away which felt weird because it is glorious sunshine but I’m away next week with work and the week after in Spain so it had to be done today. Out with friends tonight but I just want to sleep!
I’m mid garage clear out, manky and minging (northern words) and desperate for a shower but I’m not giving in. I will sort this garage today.
Garage clear out in progress. I’d quite happily live in a lodge or a caravan but we have so much shite thanks to the other half. If we split, I’d fit all the things that mean something to me in a few boxes. He’d need a mansion! People not possessions.
Cracking waves this morning. Battered but lots of fun. Now to clean out the garage and get ready to pack the furniture away. We may have mild winters here temp wise but the winds are brutal and the garden gets a hammering. Best to be prepared.
No work today but dog still had me up at 6am so another gym session in order. I’ll be back to full fitness and Olympic lifting in no time! I’m missing throwing those barbells over my head!
Up early. Gym session ahead. Ny daughter is flying from Taiwan to Hong Kong today for a few days. On her own. Not sure where this confidence has come from! Proud she’s living her life and having these adventures.
