The true problem here is that his friend and the girl are both human impersonators of AI so good at their jobs they could be the real thing.
My friend went on 3 great dates with a girl (yes this included dinner dates), no sex. I told him he’s cooked, that he should cut his losses. The girl wasn’t happy when he told her it’s over. Was he too harsh towards her? Should he have done a fourth date?

Rough times for ppl who built their followings here by calling things an "op."
To those who seek to create positive change in Cuba - now is the time. The disappointment of failed promises, corruption, and the privileged lives of only a few; seize this opportunity to create the change you desire through a discrete partnership with the CIA.

To me, this indicates she'd make a lousy senator, and increases the likelihood she would've found some way to blow a winnable election.
BASH: “You're still fully behind Abdul El-Sayed?” STEVENS: “Look, I'm on the Democratic ticket. I can't say that I agree with everything that's gone on… I'm looking to be on the team to support my next governor Jocelyn Benson, and frankly these great Democrats who are working their tails off, who are going to make Hakeem Jeffries the first black Speaker of the House.” BASH: “You didn't mention Abdul El-Sayed in that last answer.” STEVENS: “Well, look, I would just say, you had asked me if I'm still on the team, I'm on the team.”

How many of you know El-Sayed was a Rhodes scholar? His big secret isn't the Brotherhood. It's that he's basically Bill Clinton. Runs for gov at 33, Senate at 40. A hugely ambitious, impatient, high-energy striver. His Rhodes btw is an Alice Fact, defined below. @besttrousers

NYC expert here to tell you these are very real. I've not only heard of but am actively mindful of them when walking in Manhattan. Two exceptions: I don't know "Radio Row," though it makes sense. And what the map calls "Little Germany," I think of as "Little Ukraine."
This is the wildest Manhattan neighborhood map I've ever seen. I'm not an NYC expert but I'm pretty sure half of these aren't real lol

The Dems are flooding prediction markets with bad bets to shift perceptions of reality. It only would cost $200,000 to change Talarico’s odds from 50 to 67% That’s a fraction of the 114 million spent on Talaricos campaign and more effective than road signs. People don’t believe polls but prediction markets create more certainty, because who would throw away money right? The best we can do is make their marketing stunt as expensive as possible by placing more bets on Paxton and collecting. Once election results hit the odds will be revealed to have been way off base and the Dems will use it as a call to regulate prediction markets.

Little Germany makes me think of Yorktown, though that's archaic apart from a few German delis

Asked Dad if he did anything in the 1980s that might embarrass me when I run for senate. (Because dishonor runs in the blood.) Dad showed me his LANGUAGE poetry. 😨😨 He then reminded me of a No Nukes petition I signed at age 10. 😬😬 We're in full damage-control mode.

Amy Acton's mother was killing the cats of the people who live here
Mediaite: Amy Acton’s Mother Was Convicted of Killing Kittens New information about the criminal history of Donna Arthur, the estranged mother of Ohio Democratic nominee for governor, Amy Acton, is coming to light amid the backlash about her appearance in a Vivek Ramaswamy ad — including her conviction for animal neglect after several kittens in her care died in a hot car mediaite.com/crime/amy-acton…

To cut through their euphemisms: Hannah-Jones kept demanding that Mamdani's schools chief abolish ("integrate") public schools with screened admissions. The chancellor kept explaining that he wasn't going to do that as long as parents ("communities") want them.

This is the best they got and it's all such weak sauce to anyone with a brain and a few basic facts about his family and the supposed terrorist groups

“It’s just sleazy Vivek who thinks this is OK, not real MAGA Americans” “JD isn’t real MAGA he’s a tech plant married to an Indian and is Vivek bff” Ok what now?
President Trump strongly defends Vivek Ramaswamy’s ad featuring Amy Acton’s estranged mom. Trump: “That took a lot of courage to do but, essentially, what she was really doing was saving Ohio from making a truly horrible choice! The Press is trying to convince everyone that this Ad is bad, because it’s so good! Who wouldn’t use such an Ad? I would, it’s called, ‘hitting pay dirt.’”

Marc here is underestimating the chance that Collins wins but Dems win control of the senate, anyway, and she loses her Appropriations Chair.
If voters replace Collins with Jackson, they will be trading one of the most powerful members of the Senate — the chair of the Appropriations Committee, which approves every penny of discretionary spending Congress passes — for one of the least powerful. How many Maine voters, I wonder, understand what that trade could cost them? FREE GIFT LINK: wapo.st/4if3aNG
