Right. It would mean likely des ribong the damage the character suffered. I mean, I often use that fir monsters, but that woukd be fun to try on characters as well.

I thought that it might up the tension, since you're never fully sure what hit will be the last. That's super interesting though.

I am likely to have a project soon. I have an adventure in mind that would require a very rural small town map and a small one shot dungeon. Likely black and white. I'd be interested to know what sort of ballpark price you'd charge for that.

Jerry Ratzinger, the merchant in the Kickstarter, was a lot of fun to have in one of my games. The players didn't quite know how to handle wanting his services, but also disliking him as a person and being unsure if trusting him was a good idea

Well, we tried to make each one so that they would likely sell different merchandise or services. Each one has a backstory and suggestions on how to roleplay them. I dont really think I have a favorite overall. I like merchants who have motivations and reasons to do things.
