Israel has long claimed that Hamas went around slaughtering children on October 7th. Yet even the Israeli records and the camera footage it released show this is not true. 16 children under 14 were killed on October 7. I went through every one of them, case by case. There is not a single case of a child targeted and executed intentionally by Hamas. But that false narrative has been used to justify the slaughter over 20,000 Palestinian children in Gaza. Watch the full analysis.

Tonight at Gillette Stadium, Zach Bryan, one of the biggest country music artists in the world, wore a Free Palestine shirt onstage.
Gillette Stadium is owned by Robert Kraft, who pushed Ed Sheeran and his promoter to drop Macklemore from his tour.
Bryan isn’t just a major country artist.
He is one of the biggest live draws in music, filling stadiums across the United States and in major cities around the world.
Bryan served eight years on active duty in the US Navy and served overseas in Bahrain and Djibouti.
Members of Bryan’s band also wore shirts supporting the Palestinian cause, including his drummer, who wore a jersey honoring the memory of Hind Rajab.
Zach Bryan has a second show at Gillette Stadium tomorrow, Saturday night.

1/ The U.S. Commission on Civil Rights just released its report on campus antisemitism and Title VI. I testified at the hearing. The report is unanimous, bipartisan, & debunks the main legal theories behind recent attacks on universities for allegedly tolerating antisemitism. 🧵

It always blows my mind that Nirvana’s Nevermind, A Tribe Called Quest’s The Low End Theory and Red Hot Chili Peppers’ Blood Sugar Sex Magik came out the same day. September 24, 1991.

this entire thing is crazy to me because i was THERE on floor seats listening to macklemore’s speech and he didn’t say anything offensive at all. and everyone at metlife cheered for him. it wasn’t until pink and zionists saw it online when it became a big thing.

A reminder that even the ADL (!) at the time refused to stoop so low as to call Macklemore an antisemite for his costume, and accepted his explanation.
Watching everyone resurface this old bs, including those to the left of ADL, is wild.

I resigned from Anthropic today. I spent the last three years doing pretraining research at both OpenAI and Anthropic. Neither company is acting responsibly. They are racing straight to self-improving superintelligence and gambling with our lives. More thoughts below.

I am not the biggest Philip Roth acolyte, but this passage from "Professor of Desire" seems worth posting for the return to school and college. Excerpted in Andrew Delbanco's recent Liberties essay on the crisis in higher ed.

I dare you to look at what Dr. El-Sayed said after her said "Hurt people hurt people."
"Ammon Khazi hurt people. There is no justification for what he did. It was wrong and he never should have done it. Hurt people. Hurt people. A week earlier, an air strike killed his niece and nephew. Imagine if that had never happened. Imagine there was no war in Iran. Imagine if there were no air strikes in Lebanon. Imagine if his family had never died. Imagine there was never an attack on Temple Israel. That's the world that we want to live in. That's the world we need to build for. Violence always begets violence. Only peace can extinguish that because hurt people hurt people."
This is the exact same sentiment Dr. King taught us when he said, "Darkness cannot drive out darkness. Only light can do that."
I'm begging you - my fellow Jewish Americans - please do not let these self-serving fools - like @benshapiro - convince you of something that just isn't true.
They're playing a trick on us - the Republican and establishment Democratic establishment alike.
OUR HONEST AND LEGITIMATE FEAR IS BEING WEAPONIZED AGAINST US FOR POLITICAL GAIN --
Our legitimate fear as a people for our safety, our well-being, and our very existence.
This man is no threat. And any sort of real investigation would reveal that.
If you're someone who cares about the truth - about getting it right - all you have to do is look up the context for yourself.
