I made an online order and paid for it. A week later my order was cancelled. No reason was given. I complained to Customer Service and asked for a supervisor. I was told that I would be called within 48 hours. That was 5 days ago. I have called every day since. Zero result.
BA’s website has been partly down for 72 hours so I cannot transfer Avios to Qatar. BA agents claim they cannot do this manually. I am seeing all the Qatar flights in Bus class selling out. Help please!
