ALT This is the first study to assess regret about the decision to undergo CRS-HIPEC, and the relationship of regret to financial strain and quality of life for patients with AC-PMP and their caregivers. They want to hear your voice to understand what they are doing right and/or how they can do better. You may participate if you are: ✔️18 years or older ✔️A patient with appendix cancer ✔️A caregiver of a patient with appendix cancer ✔️Underwent one or more CRS-HIPEC procedures, or was offered the procedure but declined
